Teambros Fitness Club is committed to the protection of your privacy and personal information that we may collect. We appreciate your trust in us to handle your personal information and will do this in a careful and sensible manner. This policy outlines how Teambros Fitness Club may collect, use, disclose and manage personal and sensitive information.

Throughout this policy, the term “Teambros Fitness Club'' (Teambros, Teambros Fitness, we, our and us) refers to Team Bros Pty Ltd (ABN 93 620 084 700) and TB Fitness Pty Ltd (ABN 87 647 445 387), including affiliated branches. Teambros Fitness Club complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act) and by other applicable laws which govern privacy. We may revise or update our Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be published on the Teambros Fitness Club website. We encourage you to regularly check our website to remain updated and informed on our Privacy Policy.

By visiting Teambros Fitness Club and submitting personal information to us (whether in a club, via our website or otherwise), you are giving consent to us to collect, use, disclose and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL & SENSITIVE INFORMATION

Teambros Fitness Club will collect personal information to improve your experience at our clubs and provide any requested products and services. Personal information generally collected may include: name, contact information, date of birth, preferred communication methods, employment details, emergency contact details, bank details and/or credit card details, student identification details, payment history, and your objectives and interests. This information may be verified through proof of identification. Personal Information may be collected through the completion of a Membership Agreement, Health Questionnaire and Personal Training Questionnaire. This includes any information that we may collect in the course of providing products and services to individuals.

Additional information that becomes a part of the personal information we hold about you may be created. Examples include your membership identification number, usage of the club and the products that you purchase from us. We may also collect and create details on joint members and other family members, including family members under the age of 18. Other personal information that we may collect include:

• Personal Information from Children Under 18 Aside from the information that forms part of the personal information we hold about our under 18 members, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 years of age without the permission of their parent or legal guardian.
• Photographs for Membership Profile For security purposes and the prevention of crime, we take a digital photograph of each member who has signed up for a membership, including individuals under 18 years of age. By providing the digital photograph to us, you are providing consent to its usage set out in this Privacy Policy.
• Contacting us When you make an enquiry and contact us either online, via telephone or directly at our clubs, we collect, store and use certain personal information that you disclose to us to provide the products and services required and/or carry out our functions. If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence and contact you to market our products, which might interest you unless you opt out of marketing communications by sending an email to [email protected]. Promotional material will only be sent based on the reasonable belief that customers would be interested in the subject matter.
• CCTV Cameras and Surveillance To ensure security and safety of all Teambros members and occupants, we undertake an ongoing video recording via CCTV cameras. Video recordings will only be accessible by authorised staff members. Under the terms of this policy or search warrant or other legal process, recordings of a specific incident may be released to the NSW Police Service.
• Social Media and Third-Party Service Providers Online platforms, including mobile applications contain capabilities of collecting your Personal Information and Sensitive Information. It is the user’s responsibility to protect their personal privacy when interacting with us via social media or other online platforms. This information may be collected by us directly, or by a third party on our behalf, and may include your photos, comments and experiences you provide or share with us. If you provide personal information to us via third parties or social media platforms, your personal information will be subject to the privacy policies and practices of the third party, in addition to our own Privacy Policy, where applicable.
• Sensitive information Under the Act, the term “sensitive information” is defined as information that reveals your racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, membership of a political association, religious beliefs or affiliations, philosophical beliefs, membership of a professional or trade association, membership of a trade union, details of health, sexual orientation or practices or criminal record. Teambros Fitness Club will specifically collect health data to the extent that it is necessary to advise and deliver services such as fitness training. Other Sensitive Information that may be required to be collected by us include health, immunisation, vaccination or other health information which ensures we are able to comply with our legal obligations or risk assessments. Sensitive information will not be used or disclosed for any other purposes without consent, except when disclosure may be required by law or is necessary to protect the rights or property of Teambros Fitness Club, or any member of the public, including their health or safety.

3. USAGE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

The main purposes for which personal information is collected, used, held and disclosed are outlined below. We use personal information to:

• Provide the services that you have requested from Teambros Fitness Club and operate our facilities. This includes the administration of your membership, management and communication, facilitation of bookings and other transactions.
• Improve our services and operation of our facilities. This includes the development of our internal business systems and processes.

• Provide information about our products, services and/or special offers to our members.
• Obtain feedback from members about our products and/or services.

Teambros personnel: Our personnel, including employees and contractors, have access to personal information to the extent that they need to fulfill their duties.

Third party service providers: Teaambros Fitness Club may employ companies and individuals to provide services or perform functions on our behalf. This includes (but is not limited to) banking services, mailing services, data analysis, debt recovery, and management of marketing. Teambros may disclose your personal information to our debt collection agencies and other parties that assist with debt collection. Teambros Fitness Club does not collect Personal Information when users visit our website, unless they choose to provide it to us. 8. ACCESS AND CORRECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

It is important for us that the Personal Information we hold about you in our database is accurate and up to date. Members have the right to ask us to correct information about them which is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. As outlined in this Privacy Policy, lack of Personal Information may mean that we cannot provide some or all of our services to you.
