Teambros Fitness Club has been named as the National Winner for the 2024 Australian Achiever Customer Service Award for the Health, Fitness & Wellbeing Services category.
Now in its 27th year, the Australian Achiever Awards is a respected and independent award system that evaluates businesses based on the satisfaction ratings provided by their own customers.
The Australian Achiever Awards are known for their rigorous assessment process, which focuses on eight key criteria. Each criterion is individually rated on a percentage basis, and the overall score represents the business’s performance in all aspects of customer service.
Teambros Fitness Club earned an exceptional overall score of 100.00% in Customer Service and Relations, ranking it as the top performer among all applicants in the Health, Fitness & Wellbeing Services category in Australia. Jody Harwood, the director of the Australian Achiever Awards, also highlighted that this perfect score is a rare accomplishment, achieved by only a select few, and it reflects the highest standard of customer service.
Being named the National Winner of the 2024 Australian Achiever Award clearly demonstrates that Teambros Fitness Club not only fulfills its promises, but also sets the benchmark for customer service within the industry. This accomplishment highlighted our commitment to always putting our customers first and ensuring that we invest time in thorough staff training at both of our gyms in Epping and West Ryde. The results revealed the professionalism and care demonstrated by our team as one of our key strengths.
