Teambros Fitness Club complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act) and by other applicable laws which govern privacy. We may revise or update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updated version will be published on our website, and the revised policy will apply from the date of publication. By visiting Teambros Fitness Club and submitting personal information to us (whether in a club, via our website or otherwise), you are giving consent to us to collect, use, disclose and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
2. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL & SENSITIVE INFORMATION
Teambros Fitness Club collects personal information where it is reasonably necessary to provide fitness services, administer memberships, ensure health and safety, process payments, communicate with members, and comply with legal obligations. Personal information we may collect includes: name, contact details, date of birth, preferred communication methods, employment details (where relevant), emergency contact details, bank and/or credit card details, student identification details, payment history, and your fitness objectives and interests. We may verify this information through proof of identification. Personal information is collected through membership agreements, health questionnaires, personal training questionnaires, online forms, enquiries, and in the course of providing products and services. Additional information may be generated by us during the course of your membership, including membership identification numbers, attendance records, facility usage data, and products or services purchased. We may also collect information relating to joint memberships or family memberships, including members under 18 years of age.
Personal Information from Children Under 18
We collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Information collected is limited to what is reasonably necessary to provide our services and ensure health and safety.
Photographs for Membership Profile
For identification, access control, security and the prevention of crime, we may take a digital photograph of members, including members under 18 (with parental or guardian consent). Membership photographs are used solely for these purposes and are handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

To ensure the safety and security of members, staff and visitors, we operate CCTV cameras at our facilities. Recordings are accessed only by authorised personnel and may be disclosed to law enforcement agencies, including the NSW Police Force, where required or authorised by law.
Social Media and Third-Party Service Providers
Online platforms, including mobile applications contain capabilities of collecting your Personal Information and Sensitive Information. It is the user’s responsibility to protect their personal privacy when interacting with us via social media or other online platforms. This information may be collected by us directly, or by a third party on our behalf, and may include your photos, comments and experiences you provide or share with us. If you provide personal information to us via third parties or social media platforms, your personal information will be subject to the privacy policies and practices of the third party, in addition to our own Privacy Policy, where applicable.
Sensitive information
Under the Act, the term “sensitive information” is defined as information that reveals your racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, membership of a political association, religious beliefs or affiliations, philosophical beliefs, membership of a professional or trade association, membership of a trade union, details of health, sexual orientation or practices or criminal record. Teambros Fitness Club will specifically collect health data to the extent where it is reasonably necessary to assess suitability for fitness activities, deliver training services, conduct risk assessments, or comply with legal obligations. Other Sensitive Information that may be required to be collected by us include health, immunisation, vaccination or other health information which ensures we are able to comply with our legal obligations or risk assessments. Sensitive information will not be used or disclosed for any other purposes without consent, except when disclosure may be required by law or is necessary to protect the rights or property of Teambros Fitness Club, or any member of the public, including their health or safety.
3. USAGE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
